What is the return policy?
We offer a very flexible returns system with the ability to return your items instore & online.
You have 14 days to return your items for a full refund, given they are in their original, unworn condition & with tags still attached. Returns cannot be initiated after this period.
We do not offer any returns or refunds on clearance items.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs & this will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Item's marked as clearance or final sale, are not able to be returned.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible- within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Most of our suppliers are Brisbane or Sydney based & have manufacturers globally.
How much does shipping cost?
