Shipping Information

Carrier
All online orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): From $9.70
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): From $12.70

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, particularly in rural or remote areas.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within Australia.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our shop front boutique during the following hours:
Tuesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or valid photo ID when picking up in store.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Returns must be sent via Australia Post.

Important Notes

Return shipping costs are not covered for change-of-mind returns
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected
Sale items are final unless the product is faulty
