JANE. by Minimal Edit is committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process. We are currently not shipping internationally. 

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Orders under 3kg ship for $12, and orders between 3–5kg ship for $15. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200

We also offer a flat rate for Express Shipping for $25 (3-5 business days).

  Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal delays.

✈️ International Shipping

So sorry! Currently we do not ship worldwide - but, we're working on it! Shipping rates and times will based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that international customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country.

🛍️ Click & Collect

FREE. Prefer to pick up in person? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our boutique in Mooloolaba, QLD. We'll send an email when your order is ready.

📮 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using the link provided or visit the carrier's website.
