IN-STORE and ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind". We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 Days of purchase, provided that:
*Items are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
*All tags are attached
*Proof of purchase is provided
ONLINE PURCHASES
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see full RETURN POLICY above.
To start a return, you can contact us at Jane.byMinimalEdit@gmail.com. Please reference your Order #, items you wish to return and a photo of the items you are returning. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
JANE. by Minimal Edit, Shop 2 - 22 River Esplanade, Mooloolaba QLD 4557 within 14 days of purchase (return shipping date noted).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Sale Items/FINAL SALE Items/Re-Sale Items
Sale items are discounted and are FINAL. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. (This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.)
Re-sale items are gently worn pieces and may reflect minor imperfections consistent with prior use. Please be sure to fully inspect each piece carefully before purchase. ALL re-sale Items are strictly FINAL SALE, and NO returns, exchanges or store credit will be available.
Accessories & Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, accessories and hygiene items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. These items include, but are not limited to: Jewelry, belts, hair clips and ties, scarves, purses, sunglasses, reading/blue light glasses, undergarments, swimwear, and socks.
Sale items marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted for return, store credit or exchanged. Please make sure to examine these items thoroughly as they are FINAL SALE.
Gift Vouchers/Cards
We do not refund or exchange gift vouchers or gift card purchases. Gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for two years after purchase date.

Exchanges - InStore
We offer exchange or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Returns Policy.
Due to limited stock availability, we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange item(s) or size will be available at the time your return is processed.
We accept returns for exchange in store at our Mooloolaba location. Please bring the items you would like to return in store, with all original tags attached and proof of purchase. We will offer an exchange or store credit if all conditions of our RETURN POLICY are met.

Exchanges - Online Purchases
We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. Due to limited stock availability, we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange item(s) or size would be available at the time your return is processed.
For the fastest and most reliable way to secure the item(s) you want, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item(s) for an exchange or store credit.
Once we receive your item(s), your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly (within 10 business days).
Refunds for Store Credit - Online Purchases
Please see the full RETURN POLICY. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified with your store credit code. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not yet received your store credit code, please contact us at Jane.byMinimalEdit@gmail.com.

Alternatively, we accept returns in store at our Mooloolaba location. Please bring the items you would like to return in store, with all original tags attached & bring your order confirmation slip with you (this form should be included in your parcel or found in your email). ACL
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement or repair) if a product has a major or minor problem. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault.
We will gladly offer a full refund if an item has a major fault (e.g. unsafe, significantly different from description). We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange if an item has a minor fault that is not due to fault of the purchaser (e.g. holes in item, poor craftsmanship, or missing pieces).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
