💻 Ordering Online
Q: How do I place an order online?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your size and add items to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. During checkout, select whether you would like your items shipped or picked up in-store.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: We process orders very quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at JANE.byMinimalEdit@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 2 hours and we’ll do our best to assist. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
🛍️ In-Store Shopping
Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A: Yes! We have a boutique located in the heart of beautiful Mooloolaba, QLD - We are located just a short stroll down from the Mooloolaba Surf Club, at the lights leading to Parkyn Parade. Pop in to try on your favourites and shop our full collection in person. We are across from the Newport Resort and the wharf.
Q: Can I pick up my online order in-store?
A: Absolutely. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection. Please allow 2 hours for order to be fulfilled. Collection can only be within store hours. If needed urgently, please DM us on Instagram & we will do our best to accomodate.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Currently we do not offer free shipping.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping takes 2–7 business days, while Express takes 1–3 business days. We also offer same-day local pickup during store hours.
👗 Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product includes a size guide based on the models measurements. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help with fit advice. You can also visit our store in Mooloolaba to try on ay of your favourite pieces to get a good idea of the fit.
Q: Do you stock plus sizes?
A: We aim to be inclusive and are gradually expanding our range. Look for sizing details on each product page or reach out if you need assistance.
🎁 Gift Cards
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Unfortunately we currently do not offer gift cards.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I return an item I bought in-store?
A: Yes! In-store purchases can be exchanged or store credit given within 14 days. Just bring your receipt!
